Statement categories allow you to designate a category of your choosing to royalty, expense or sale statements.

You have full control of the names of the categories that you create. All categories can be managed from the page https://label-engine.com/statement_categories.php.

When creating or editing a statement, a category can be selected. You will also have the opportunity to create a new category if needed.

The category of the statement will be included in the default name of the statement when shown to clients in payments, unless no category is set.

From the royalties, expenses or sales page, you can now filter statements by your selected category. Please note that since this is a new feature, it may be necessary to click ‘Filter’ before your statements are shown.

When sending statements to clients, you can choose to only send statements from the selected categories. This can be done from the clients page or the payment page. To do so, use the category selection box to choose the categories of statements that you wish to pay to clients, and then apply your filter. Any statements from categories that you do not select, will not be included in the payments.
