Unfortunately, a lot of stores and distributors frequently change the format of their royalty statements and so our preset royalty format specs can become outdated.

To upload your statement, click 'Show Columns' to display the column listing and make the necessary column adjustments. Enter an updated name e.g., 'Beatport Updated' and then upload your statement. The customized royalty format will be saved ready for you to next time.

We would also greatly appreciate it if you could contact us to let us know of the issue so that we can update our preset royalty format.

In some rare cases a store or distributor may require further adjustments on our side in addition to the updated column listing - if your import is still not working even though the columns are correctly matched please contact us.
