If your statement is in .xls or .xlsx format and is larger than 10mb or otherwise unreadable, it will be necessary to save it as a .csv file before uploading it to Label Engine.

First, open the file in Microsoft Excel, Open Office, or equivalent spreadsheet editing program.

Go to the sheet that contains your royalties. If you have multiple sheets within your .xls or .xlsx file you will need to save them as separate .csv files.

If your sheet contains a UPC column, it will be necessary to format the column prior to saving to prevent the program from incorrectly formatting the codes. Highlight the entire contents of the UPC column and format the cells as a Special -> Zip Code.

Once done, save the sheet as a .csv file, and upload to Label Engine.
