Production roles focus on the technical and engineering aspects. These roles ensure the audio quality, balance, and overall sound of the final product.

  • Mastering Engineer: A sound engineer responsible for preparing and transferring a final audio mix to its master format, ensuring quality and consistency across playback systems.

  • Mixing Engineer: A sound engineer who balances and blends individual tracks in a recording to create a cohesive final mix.

  • Producer: A leader who oversees the recording process, shaping the artistic direction, sound, and arrangement of a track or album.

    • This is the only role that will display as "Produced by" on Spotify.

  • Recording Engineer: An engineer who sets up and operates recording equipment to capture performances during a studio session.
